TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is intraoral scanners required by the Finnish Student Health Service Foundation (Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiö) for its oral healthcare, in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The equipment shall be suitable for digital reproduction of the dentition, in particular digital imaging of the bite. Partial bids and alternative bids are not permitted. The procurement is a single procurement for which one (1) supplier that has submitted an accepted bid will be selected. The contract enters into force when both parties have signed it. The contract period begins on 1.12.2026 (target) and is valid for a fixed term until 31.12.2028. The contract includes two (2) option periods of one (1) year each for the periods 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 – 31.12.2030.
