I. SCOPE OF THE CONSULTATION a. Award procedure Open invitation to tender in application of Articles L.2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. b. Legal forms of economic operators The contract will be concluded with: 1 - a joint and several grouping or a consortium grouping with a joint and several lead contractor, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2142-22 and R.2142-24 of the Public Procurement Code. OR 2 - an individual company The same bidder may not submit an offer both in the capacity of an individual bidder and as a member of one or more groupings. In the event that this occurs, the company’s individual application would be rejected. II. FORM AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT a. Form Open invitation to tender, in application of Articles L.2124-1 and L. 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Framework agreement for order forms concluded with a single economic operator, in application of Articles R.2162-1 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code.
