TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. SCOPE OF THE CONSULTATION a. Contract-awarding procedure Open invitation to tender in application of Articles L.2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. b. Legal forms of economic operators The contract will be concluded with: 1 - a joint group (solidarity group) or a consortium with a lead member acting as a solidary agent in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2142-22 and R.2142-24 of the Public Procurement Code. OR 2 - an individual company The same tenderer may not apply both as an individual tenderer and as a member of one or more groupings. In the event that this occurs, the company’s individual application would be rejected. II. FORM AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT a. Form Open invitation to tender, in application of Articles L.2124-1 and L. 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Framework agreement for purchase orders concluded with a single economic operator in application of Articles R.2162-1 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code.
