TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. This procedure concerns the implementation of the project “Infostrada Kujaw i Pomorza 3.0”, no. FEKP.01.02-IZ.00-0001/25, Priority 1. European Funds for growth in innovation and competitiveness of the region, Measure 1.2 Digital region, Specific objective Taking advantage of digitisation for citizens, enterprises, research organisations and public institutions, implemented under the regional programme European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027, in the amount of 29 291 520,81 PLN from the European Regional Development Fund. The implementation of the entire project has been divided into Phases. The Contracting Authority plans to implement the above-mentioned project as part of several separate procedures for awarding public contracts, covering different territorial areas within the area of the Starostwo Powiatowe in Golub-Dobrzyń.3. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a tender in respect of one, several or all parts of the contract.
