TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery together with commissioning of 2 mobile operating lamps and training of the Ordering Party’s employees, in accordance with the list of terms and parameters required in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Minimum warranty: 24 months from the date of delivery (see OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA). The offered item must be permitted for placing on the market and for use in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular in accordance with: 1) the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 2024, item 1620), 2) REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulations (EC) No 178/2002 and (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (MDR), or with Council Directive 93/42/EEC using the transitional period established on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2023/607 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2023 amending Regulations (EU) 2017/745 and (EU) 2017/746 with regard to transitional provisions concerning certain medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices; as well as having the…
