TENDER DESCRIPTION

The agreement consists of: - supplying and placing above-ground collection containers; - emptying and maintaining these containers; - collecting, transferring, sorting, marketing and/or (arranging for) processing of the collected textiles; - periodically reporting on the work carried out. When carrying out the assignment, use is made of the national “yes/no list” included in the Circular Materials Plan, Chapter Materials-Textiles. For the collection and for the processing of the textiles, separate agreements could be concluded. This may result in an agreement being entered into with different contractors. However, the municipality wants to contract a single contractor so that collection takes place efficiently and uniformly, and so that it has one point of contact for reporting, collecting, and processing the textiles. This allows the municipal waste policy to be implemented effectively and easily. Therefore, the assignment has been combined.
