TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the continuous and ongoing provision of engineering and project management activities in the preparation and implementation of the Child Sports and Cultural Centre project on behalf of and for the benefit of the client—the Statutory City of Brno, Brno-střed district. This involves ensuring engineering and project management activities of the project manager (PM) and the client’s technical construction supervision (TDS) and its implementation team a) in the Project phase (when preparing project documentation at the PDPS level), b) in the Tendering phase, i.e. in the phase of preparing tender conditions for the selection of the construction contractor and during the tender procedure for the selection of the construction contractor, and c) in the Implementation phase, i.e. in the phase of construction implementation in the form of performance of the client’s technical construction supervision activities.
