TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to purchase engineering structures inspection services. The purchased services are intended for engineering structures located in the territory of the City of Kaunas. The requirements for the services are set out in Part 2 of the Technical Specification in Annex 2 to the “Preliminary Contract Draft” of Annex 7 to the special procurement conditions. The services will be purchased according to the Buyer’s needs. When carrying out this public procurement, the contracting authority intends to conclude a preliminary procurement contract with 3 (or fewer than 3, if fewer than 3 tenderers are recognized as the tender winners) tenderers, on the basis of which the Main Engineering Structures Inspection Procurement Contracts will be concluded with the tenderers that have concluded this contract. For each specific task, the tenderer will be selected in accordance with the procedure established in the Preliminary Contract, i.e. by conducting an unrefreshed tenderer competition or by conducting a refreshed tenderer competition.
