TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Defence Forces (Finnish Defence Forces) have a DDI system for managing an IP address space that is based on the Infoblox product. The Defence Forces have identified a need to expand the DDI system into multiple instances and units. The subject of the procurement currently at hand is additional licenses of the Infoblox product or a compatible equivalent product in accordance with this request for tenders. The IP address management system is a single entity that combines different instances and security classes, and the various instances must operate together and communicate with each other. The systems (licenses) of the different instances and different security classes must be able to exchange information with each other and know what and how many IP addresses are in use or unused, and which devices and systems they have been allocated to. The procurement includes license maintenance. If the supplier offers licenses of some other brand, the supplier shall be responsible for all additional, change, and maintenance costs related to interoperability, and for the fact that those licenses meet the requirements set for them.
