TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Defence Forces (Finnish Defence Forces) have a DDI system for managing an IP address space, which is based on an Infoblox product. The Defence Forces have identified a need to expand the DDI system to multiple instances and units. The subject of the procurement now at hand is additional licenses for the Infoblox product or a compatible equivalent product in accordance with this invitation to tender. The IP address management system is a single overall entity that connects different instances and security classification categories; the different instances must operate together and communicate with one another. The systems of different instances and different security classification categories (licenses) must be able to exchange information with each other and know what and how many IP addresses are in use or unused and to which devices and systems they are allocated. The procurement includes maintenance of the licenses. If the supplier provides licenses of some other brand, the supplier shall be responsible for all additional, modification, and maintenance costs related to integration, as well as for ensuring that those licenses meet the requirements set for them.
