IPA-Coach

TENDER DESCRIPTION

To support the implementation of the extension building for operating rooms (EOP) of the University Hospital Aachen AöR, an external IPA coach is sought. This person takes on the methodological, procedural, and cultural support of the project within the framework of integrated project delivery (IPA) based on the principle of a multi-party contract. The IPA coach acts as a neutral, all-party facilitator between the project participants (client, planners, executing companies, users) and contributes through moderation, coaching, and structural work to maintaining the collaborative principles of IPA throughout all project phases - especially during realization and commissioning. The central tasks of the IPA coach include in particular: - Accompanying and moderating project control and decision-making committees (e.g. PMT, SMT) - Promoting partnership cooperation and project culture (including through workshops, individual coaching sessions, feedback formats) - Early conflict detection and moderation during the project process - Structuring and moderating lessons learned and continuous improvement - Supporting the application and establishment of Lean methods (e.g. Last Planner,…
