TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall establish and implement project-specific methods and processes on an operational basis, with a particular focus on the principles of Lean Management. This includes in particular the application and implementation of Lean Construction, Target Value Design (TVD) as well as the Last Planner System(R) (LPS). In addition, the structured setup of the organizational structure and process organization for steering and coordinating the project stakeholders must be established. A central objective is to enable the project team to apply the above-mentioned Lean methods independently, effectively and in a manner appropriate to the project. In particular, this includes: - Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) for defining project-specific success criteria, - the LastPlanner(R) System (LPS) for collaborative task and schedule control, and - from the planning phase, Target Value Design (TVD) for systematic cost steering along customer value. Another objective is the coordination and control of project execution with a focus on schedule, cost and risk management in accordance with the principles of Integrated Project Delivery (IPA).
