TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor assumes responsibility for establishing and operationally implementing project-specific methods and processes with a particular focus on the principles of Lean Management. This includes in particular the application and implementation of Lean Construction, Target Value Design (TVD) as well as the Last-Planner-System(R) (LPS). In addition, the structured build-up of the organisation for structures and processes must be implemented in order to control and coordinate the project participants. A central objective is to enable the project team to apply the above-mentioned Lean methods independently, effectively and appropriately for the project. This includes in particular: - Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) for defining project-specific success criteria, - the LastPlanner(R) System (LPS) for collaborative control of tasks and schedules, and - from the planning phase onwards, the Target Value Design (TVD) for systematic cost control along customer value.
