TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the project is to construct a new industrial production hall on a 20-hectare industrial site, with infrastructure required for the proper intended use of the building and meeting the technical-professional requirements of the call for proposals. The planned building is to be constructed for the purpose of letting it out, for industrial production activities. Number of storeys: - The planned building will be constructed as a ground floor + first floor design. Useful floor area: 1,460 m2 (ground floor + first floor total). Roof form: The building’s roof form is a flat roof. Building height: 9.0 m. Building structural characteristics: A steel-frame hall building with sandwich panel enclosing structures and an industrial floor. In addition to constructing the building, the necessary utility connections must be provided, and site preparation and landscaping/garden-construction works must be carried out. As an energy-efficiency measure, the project includes utilisation of renewable energy sources for the industrial hall; an air-to-air heat pump shall be installed to meet the thermal energy demand in accordance with the requirements of the call.
