Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Grybów in 2027. I. Conditions for participation in the procedure. 1. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract provided that they are not subject to exclusion under the rules set out in Chapter VIII of the SWZ, and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified by the Contracting Authority. 2.
