TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, operation, support and development of an information system for making available decisions of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic. The description of the subject of the public contract forms Annex No. 1 (Annex No. 1A, No. 1B and No. 1C) to these tender documents and the non-public part of the assignment. The non-public part of the assignment contains information and technical specifications (hereinafter only the “non-public part”), which are confidential information within the meaning of the Non-Disclosure Agreement that forms Annex No. 10 to these tender documents. The non-public part is not published in order to protect confidential information. The non-public part of the tender documents will be provided to the economic operator without delay (by means of inspection with the possibility to take photocopies) on the basis of the executed Non-Disclosure Agreement via a secured repository.
