TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Property Services Business Unit of the City of Espoo requests your tender for the property management of the companies listed below in accordance with this request for tender and its annexes: 1. Kiinteistö Oy Armas Launiksen katu 9 2. Kiinteistö Oy Auroranmäki 6 3. Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Kuninkaantie 41 4. Kiinteistö Oy Ruskatalo 5. Kiinteistö Oy Taavin Service Center 6. Kiinteistö Oy Viherlaakso Service Center The companies act as Contracting Authorities in the procurement and the Property Services Business Unit represents the Contracting Authority. The companies are newly established housing companies and at the time of the request for tender are still directly owned properties of the City of Espoo. More detailed descriptions of the property management procurement are in the Service Description annexes of the request for tender. The Contracting Authority will select one (1) Supplier and one (1) Backup Supplier based on the competition. The selected Supplier will be responsible for managing all six sites.
