TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is comprehensive property management services for the contracting authority’s properties. The service must include at least financial administration, bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements, rent monitoring and collection of rents, property management, coordination of maintenance and upkeep of the properties, and administrative property management. The service provider acts as the secretary of the board, prepares matters for meetings, and ensures implementation of the decisions. Housing applications are submitted to the property manager, who prepares them for consideration by the board. The board makes decisions regarding tenant selection. The service provider must have its own software, technical equipment, and appropriate premises available in order to provide the service. The service provider is required to have strong local knowledge of the Hanko area, including local housing markets and the needs of the residents and customers of the area.
