TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the property management services and related services required by Vesannon Vuokratalot Oy as follows: Carrying out the duties included in the fixed fee and the duties eligible for a separate fee in the property management duty list for rental housing published by the Housing Finance and Development Centre (ARA) (appendix 2). The rental properties covered by the services to be procured are set out in the tender request attachment (Appendix 3, List of Target Sites; provided on request). There are currently 136 properties to be managed. The service provider must appoint a person from its company to handle the duties of the company’s managing director. No separate compensation is paid for carrying out the duties of the managing director; the managing director’s duties are included in the fixed fee. The objective is a functional partnership with the selected service provider.
