TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the property management services and related services required by Vesannon Vuokratalot Oy, as follows: Carrying out the tasks included in the fixed fee and the tasks entitling to a separate fee in the property management task list of a rental building published by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) (Appendix 2). The rental properties that the procured service comprises are set out in the request for tender appendix (Appendix 3 List of properties, provided on request). There are currently 136 properties to be managed. The service provider must appoint a person from its company to carry out the duties of the company’s Managing Director. No separate compensation is paid for carrying out the Managing Director’s duties; instead, the Managing Director’s job duties are included in the fixed fee. The objective is a functioning partnership with the selected service provider.
