TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement primarily concerns icebreaking and towage services within the Örnsköldsvik Port and waterways area. The service includes the ports of Framnäs, Domsjö, Hörneborg, Alfredshems, the Oil Harbour in Järved, Hörneborg Energy Harbour, as well as the waterway out to Malmöfjärden. This also includes the port of Köpmanholmen. If needed, Stadskajen may also be added. The assignment includes both readiness and performance of icebreaking and towage service. Estimated volume is approximately 350 hours per year, but the volume may vary between the years and is not guaranteed. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior publication in accordance with LUF. The contracting authority may, but is not required to, conduct negotiations with one or more tenderers. All communication shall take place via e-avrop. The contract is awarded to the tenderer who meets all mandatory requirements and offers the lowest price.
