Salon Vuokratalot Oy requests tenders for the overall contract for a new apartment building to be built at Isohärjänkatu 7 in Salo. The procurement includes implementing a seven-storey residential apartment building fully completed in accordance with the contract documents. The building will have 36 apartments as well as a shelter, storage rooms for personal effects, technical spaces, a waste handling room and shared storage spaces. The contract will be carried out as a lump-sum contract, in which the contractor acts as the main contractor for the project and is responsible for carrying out the project in its entirety, including construction, earthworks, HVAC and electrical works and other obligations defined in the contract documents.
