TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Vaasa (hereinafter "Contracting Authority") requests a tender based on an open procurement procedure for the implementation of the Isolahti Gerby rental daycare project in accordance with the request for proposals and its attachments. The procurement concerns the City of Vaasa's Isolahti Gerby daycare rental daycare project. The project is a daycare to be implemented under a rental model, with a capacity of 150 children. The daycare has facilities for 8 groups and additionally 40–45 staff members. The procurement covers the maintenance and user services of the target building for the agreed rental period. The project's implementer is responsible for the usability and conditions of the building for the planned rental period of approximately 20–30 years. The goal is to sign the lease agreement at the beginning of 2027 and start construction work in spring 2027. Furnishing will begin in July 2028. The commissioning date of the facility is early August 2028. The project's implementer rents the daycare plot from the city.
