TENDER DESCRIPTION

Housing Association AAB is a public housing association. We rent out approximately 20,000 public housing units distributed over about 110 departments in Copenhagen and surrounding areas. AAB has existed since 1912 and is Denmark's oldest and largest public housing association. Housing Association AAB is tendering for refurbishment of move-out apartments to ensure good quality combined with competitive prices. The work includes painting, flooring, and cleaning of move-out apartments. Tenderers may submit offers for the total tasks, painting, flooring, and cleaning of move-out apartments, as well as for each of the three trade contracts separately. It is also possible to submit offers for the entire "Pool Amager" or for one or more of the six sub-pools in total. Housing Association AAB is a public housing association.
