Occupy a state-owned area in the locality “Arcella” in the Port of Gaeta of a total of 6,733.10 sq m, of which 2,941.60 sq m of state-owned land area and 3,791.50 sq m of water surface area, to build a tourist landing stage with a seasonal mooring point in order to provide services for recreational boating for a period of 20 years.
