TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the purchase of furniture in accordance with the conditions set out in the procurement documentation and in the tender, including transport, installation, sales guarantee and the provision of other ancillary services. 2. The requirements for the furniture and the requirements for the services to be provided by the tenderer during performance of the contract are described primarily in Annex No 2 to the procurement explanatory document (RSD) in “Technical description of the subject of the contract (TK)”, and in its annex (TK Annex No 1 “Detailed description of the furniture”). 3.
