The subject of this tender is the provision of consulting, conceptualization, implementation, integration, and support services for the introduction, further development, and optimization of the SAP cloud solutions. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) as the leading personnel master data system, SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking including time management and working time management, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including payroll and statutory requirements, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding for the digital control and automation of the hiring and onboarding process, SAP Concur for travel, travel expense, and expense management, SAP (HR) Enterprise Service Management (ESM) for the depiction of HR service processes within the scope of work and/or services. If of a project character, the contractor supports the client during all project phases - from initialization through conceptualization, realization, testing, go-live to the hypercare phase and subsequent operational support.
