The subject of this tender is the provision of consulting, conceptual, implementation, integration and support services for the introduction, further development and optimization of SAP cloud solutions. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) as the leading HR master data system, SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking including time management and working time management, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including payroll and legal requirements, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding for the digital control and automation of the hiring and onboarding process, SAP Concur for travel, travel expense and expense management, SAP (HR) Enterprise Service Management (ESM) for mapping HR service processes within the framework of work and/or services. If of a project nature, the contractor supports the client during all project phases - from initialization through conception, realization, testing, go-live to the hypercare phase and subsequent operational support.
