TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Standard IT lot comprises the provision and operation of central IT infrastructure and platform services for the client. The services are provided as integrated operational services and form the technological basis for operating a variety of business IT applications and the associated infrastructure components. In particular, the lot includes services for data center infrastructure, network and communication infrastructure, application platforms and technical application operation. The systems, platforms and applications included in the scope are provided to tenderers during the bidding phase in the form of a detailed service catalogue, as well as supplementary inventory and architecture documents. For the platforms and applications included in the scope, different service levels are planned. These may in particular include: housing, hosting, platform operation, technical application operation, provision of operating platforms, monitoring, backup and recovery services, patch and release management, operational support, technical operational management.
