TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement procedure, in accordance with Section 130 et seq. of the ZZVZ, is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier, the subject matter of which will be the arrangement of a framework agreement that sets the contractual conditions for the performance of partial contracts for the ongoing provision of IT Delivery Manager services. These services include the services of the subject-matter guarantor for the project “Development of a nationwide Information System for Nature Protection (ISOP)” (hereinafter the “Project”) in cooperation with the Purchaser’s internal project team during the term of this framework agreement, to the extent defined below: (1) change management in ISOP in accordance with the specifications of the individual guarantors in connection with the achievement of the Project objectives, (2) coordination of implementation between the guarantors of the professional areas, the Purchaser’s internal teams, and existing and future IT suppliers, (3) coordination of IT requirements from other organisational units of the Purchaser to ISOP, (4) splitting the project into individual contracts and preparation of professional technical…
