TENDER DESCRIPTION

In addition to the contractor’s own services, companies are sought that support the ZHdK for three years (with an option to extend once by two years or twice by one year) with their services in the IT field. The following services are specifically involved: * Lot 1: Digital Transformation Services: Expertise as well as consulting and support for the ZHdK in digital and agile transformation as well as the associated cultural change Leading of or support in projects or programs in the field of digital and agile transformation * Lot 2: AI Technical Solution & Operation Services: Creation, further development and operation of AI services as well as the required AI platforms, infrastructures and technical fundamentals Implementation, integration and governance of AI solutions as well as enabling the ZHdK to use Artificial Intelligence in a sustainable and secure manner The requested services are divided into two lots.
