TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Informatics Department of the City of Bern is seeking a support provider who can offer the required specialist expertise as a service on an hourly basis through one to two persons in the desired scope. The primary language for providing the service is German. In addition, the support provider must offer an on-call duty service for support requests. The support provider shall designate an account manager who will regularly look after the City of Bern. The services provided must be reported transparently and invoiced monthly.
