TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of software development services by IT professionals for the health and social services sector with the profile Software Architect (m/f/d). The services are provided in relation to specific projects. To ensure the high qualitative requirements in the individual projects, the award of individual contracts following this procurement procedure will take place in subsequent competitions and separately by lots. The contracting authority plans to award the first individual contracts for the individual lots immediately after the conclusion of the framework agreements (Q4 2026). The tenderer must take this into account in its resource planning.
