TENDER DESCRIPTION

The detailed performance requirements for the item to be procured are determined by the requirements catalogue. Any deviation from the properties specified in the stated minimum requirements is only permitted in a positive way (advantage for the contracting authority), e.g. by additional function(s) or by exceeding the required property/ies. In case of doubt, the bidder must demonstrate at least equivalence. In the event of a negative deviation, the contracting authority reserves the right to request subsequent clarification and, within the scope of its discretion, to examine the possibility of excluding the offer.
