TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns the supply of IT hardware and the directly related services to Beeld & Geluid. During the term of the framework agreement, the Contractor acts as the central point of contact for advising on, submitting tenders for, ordering, delivering and supporting IT hardware. For more information, see the Descriptive Document. The estimated and also maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to €4,250,000 exclusive of VAT over the maximum term of four years. When establishing this estimate, account has been taken of the expected replacement of existing hardware, planned investments, lifecycle renewals, and possible price and market developments during the term of the framework agreement. The stated contract value is an estimate. No rights may be derived from this estimate or from any allocation over years or product categories by the Contractor. Beeld & Geluid provides no guarantee with regard to a minimum level of take-up, revenue or allocation of the spending.
