TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns the delivery of IT hardware and the directly related services to Beeld & Geluid. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Contractor acts as the central point of contact for advising on, submitting quotations for, placing orders for, delivering and supporting IT hardware. For more information, see the Descriptive Document. The estimated and also maximum value of the Framework Agreement is €4,250,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term of four years. In determining this estimate, account has been taken of the expected replacement of existing hardware, planned investments, lifecycle refreshes and possible price and market developments during the term of the Framework Agreement. The contract value stated is an estimate. No rights may be derived from this estimate, nor from any division over years or product categories, by the Contractor. Beeld & Geluid provides no guarantee regarding a minimum amount of procurement, revenue, or a division of the spending.
