TENDER DESCRIPTION

Phase 1: Assessment and recording (one-time) Within the framework of Phase 1, a complete recording of all information equipment of the Municipality and of the school units is carried out — workstations, laptops, servers, printers and multifunction devices, active network equipment and peripherals — with documentation of the technical characteristics and the condition of each device. ; Phase 2: Monthly support (per month) Support model (remote-first). With each support request that arises, the respective problem will first be handled remotely, through the installed remote access system. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved remotely, an on-site visit will automatically be scheduled.
