TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of procurement is a contingent of consulting support, without acceptance obligation, as part of projects and line activities with an IT reference. The operational consulting services to be provided are intended to enable prompt and effective responses to short-term requirements with an IT reference that arise from new or changed business processes. Strategic consulting services are not to be provided within the scope of this contract. However, strategic consulting services may form the basis for the operational consulting services to be provided here. The contract scope includes in particular consulting, assessment, investigation and support with regard to the design of the following topic blocks: 1.
