TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns property valuation services for real estates and apartment shares owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds, as well as consulting services related to assignments in the Eastern evaluation area. The objects of property valuation may include apartment shares, buildings, real estates and plots, as well as building rights. As a rule, the task of the property valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on completed transaction prices (market approach) or income (income approach). In some cases, it may also be appropriate to determine the technical current value (cost approach).
