TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns real estate valuation services and consultancy services related to assignments of real estate and shareholder apartments owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds in the Eastern appraisal area. The subject of the real estate valuation may be shareholder apartments, buildings, real estates, plots, and building rights. As a rule, the task of real estate valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on realized transaction prices (market approach) or income (income approach). In some cases, determining the current technical value (cost approach) may also be applicable.
