TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the procurement is the planning, realization as well as the assembly and disassembly of the joint exhibition stand of Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) at ITB Berlin 2027. The exhibition stand serves the joint presentation of HHT as well as various co-exhibitors from the Hamburg tourism industry. The implementation is carried out on the basis of a draft design provided by the client and a detailed specification of services. The scope of services includes in particular project and execution planning, exhibition stand construction, floor, wall and ceiling constructions, furniture and equipment, graphic and advertising technology, lighting, electrical installation and media technology, transport and logistics as well as assembly and disassembly and on-site construction management. Furthermore, the contract includes the necessary coordination and cooperation with the client, Messe Berlin and other involved service providers and partners including the technical planning, ordering and approvals required for implementation.
