TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the planning, realization as well as the setup and dismantling of the joint trade fair stand of Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) at ITB Berlin 2027. The trade fair stand serves for the joint presentation of HHT and various co-exhibitors from the Hamburg tourism industry. The implementation is carried out on the basis of a concept plan provided by the contracting authority and a detailed specification of requirements. The scope of services includes in particular project and execution planning, trade fair construction, floor, wall and ceiling structures, furniture and equipment, graphic and advertising technology, lighting, electrical installation and media technology, transport and logistics as well as assembly and dismantling and on-site construction management. In addition, the contract includes the required coordination and cooperation with the contracting authority, Messe Berlin and other involved service providers and partners, including the technical plans, orders and approvals required for implementation.
