TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement shall be referred to in these documents for brevity as “EQUIPMENT/IT”. The performance of the public procurement shall be carried out in the following stages: 1)           Delivery of an isothermal titration calorimeter (ITC) to the building of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. 2)           Installation, setup, and commissioning of the equipment by qualified personnel of the participant, and demonstration of the specified parameters. 3)           Training for operation, carried out by qualified personnel of the participant for specialists indicated by the Contracting Authority. 4)           Warranty service of the equipment, for not less than 12 months, starting from the date of signing, without remarks, the acceptance-transfer protocol for delivery, installation, and training for operation. Important: The timelines for completing the stages shall be in line with the overall contract performance period, which may not be longer than 90 calendar days, counted from the date the Contracting Authority sends a request.
