TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this documentation is the main design for the reconstruction of a building for public and social purposes - reconstruction of the existing open swimming pools. The reconstruction envisages the construction of a water slide (Building 1) with an accompanying sunken plant/machine room (Building 2) and a related fenced platform for the heat pump equipment (Building 3) and a canopy with an FN power plant (Building 4). Other parts of the existing indoor and open swimming pools are not subject to this documentation. The intended use of the building after the reconstruction remains the existing one - public and social purposes - indoor and outdoor swimming pools with associated facilities. Pursuant to the Construction Act (NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), the subject building falls under group 2.b of buildings. On the subject building plot there is an existing complex of indoor and outdoor swimming pools with associated facilities. The main design does not envisage phased or stage-by-stage construction.
