TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a framework agreement for the continuous procurement and supply of approximately 10,500 pieces of arc and flame-resistant, anti-static protective clothing for MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. and MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft. The required deliverables include protective jackets, bib trousers, waist trousers, and belts, all of which must be new, unused, and continuously available. The clothing must comply with technical standards such as MSZ EN ISO 13688, MSZ EN 1149-5, MSZ EN 61482-1-2 (Performance level 2), and MSZ EN ISO 11612 (Performance levels A1, B1, C1), utilizing Nomex Comfort 1100/FC or equivalent material with a density of 240-260 g/m2. Further technical requirements include plastic zippers, Velcro fasteners, compliance with 2016/425/EU regulation, suitability for household cleaning, and durability for at least 100 washing cycles. The framework agreement has a definite period of 24 months, effective from January 6, 2027, with an option for the buyer to extend it once for up to six months if the total framework quantity is not fully utilized. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place call-offs for 70% of the total framework quantity.
TENDER BRIEF
The framework agreement is for a definite period of 24 months from the date of signature by both parties. It comes into effect upon signature by the parties and enters into force on January 6, 2027. If the parties sign after January 6, 2027, the agreement comes into force on the date of signature by the party who signs later. The Buyer has the right to extend the framework agreement once for a maximum of 6 months if the framework quantity is not fully utilized within the initial 24-month period. The Buyer must inform the Seller in writing of this extension by the last day of the 23rd month from the effective date.
