TENDER DESCRIPTION

Carrying out the reconstruction of the on-site sewer branch within the BAS Complex - IV km territory according to the prepared "Technical project for the reconstruction of the on-site sewer branch within the BAS Complex - IV km, Slatina district - Sofia Municipality". The existing sewer branch does not have sufficient hydraulic capacity and is planned to be reconstructed by increasing its diameter in a specific section, according to the provisions of the technical project. The reconstruction of the on-site sewer branch must be carried out in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation, specifically complying with the provisions of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the Environmental Protection Act (EPA), and the Obligations and Contracts Act (OCA). The Contractor's work includes, but is not limited to: Providing personnel, materials, equipment, machinery and construction mechanization to perform the work. Removing at their own expense all defects (if any) during the warranty period and preparing the necessary documents.
