TENDER DESCRIPTION
5 AC450 controllers with node names 22, 32, 41, 42 and 51 are to be replaced. New ABB controllers of the type AC800M PM866AK02 are to be used. The non-redundant AF100 busbars currently in operation to the S800 peripheral cluster must be replaced by redundant Profibus-DP connections, including the S800 Profibus-DP head modules. In addition, the existing connections to external peripheral devices (boiler safety, support burner control, crane system, turbine and various touch panels) must be implemented on the AC800M. This concerns the serial interfaces with 3964(R) and RK512 stack as well as Modbus RTU. For the time being, these connection types are to be retained with the AC800M and, at a later point in time, replaced as appropriate by Profinet.
