TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the construction works for “Renovation of the green areas of the Primary School complex in Prevalje for the purposes of sport in nature: Pumptrack cycle track Prevalje” (hereinafter: the construction works), whereby the performance of earthworks is envisaged, including removal of the topsoil layer, excavation, stormwater drainage arrangement, construction of an infiltration pit, shaping of the terrain, application of humus/topsoil, construction of turfing/grass seeding, installation of an irrigation system, construction of a paved asphalt access path, erection of a fence, and installation of urban equipment (benches, bins and a drinking fountain). A pumptrack will also be built in part of the area for which a building permit has been obtained. The works will be carried out on plots 161/15, 161/17 and 161/12, all cadastral municipality 884 – Farna vas.
