TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for construction works for “Renovation of the green areas of the Primary School complex in Prevalje for the purposes of outdoor sports: Pumptrack Prevalje cycling track” (hereinafter: the construction works), whereby the performance of earthworks is envisaged, including the removal of the topsoil layer, excavation, stormwater drainage works, construction of an infiltration facility, land shaping, application of topsoil, installation of turf/grass seeding, installation of an irrigation system, construction of a paved access path, installation of fencing, and installation of urban amenities (benches, bins and a drinking fountain). A pumptrack will also be built in part of the site, for which a building permit has been obtained. The works will be carried out on plots 161/15, 161/17 and 161/12, all cadastral municipality (k.o.) 884 – Farna vas.
