TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract comprises the preparation of design documentation and related services, which include at least: • preparation of the conceptual design (IDZ); • preparation of design documentation for the acquisition of design and other requirements (DPP); • preparation and submission of all necessary applications to the competent opinion-giving bodies and obtaining all necessary design and other requirements; • managing and monitoring the procedures for obtaining the design and other requirements and carrying out the necessary amendments to the documentation until their acquisition; • preparation of the design documentation for obtaining a building permit (DGD); • obtaining all necessary opinions and consents, the related elaborations and other required documentation for a complete application for obtaining a building permit; • active cooperation with the contracting authority in the procedure for obtaining the building permit (during the time when this procedure will take place).
